In addition to being an Associate Professor, I am also a mother. My husband and I have two daughters, Piper and Amber. Our daughter, Piper, will soon turn ten years old and Amber has just turned six. It has certainly been an adventure. Our children are the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to either my husband or myself.

The final members of our family is our furry friend Tango, a 3 year old Shetland Sheepdog and a new puppy, Snowball, a Bichon Frise.
